I have created, written and facilitated bespoke wellbeing workshops such as Breathwork to reduce Stress, Mindfulness Meditation and Effective Communication for Corporate clients. I encourage all training to include ongoing coaching, to give time to embed the new way of wellbeing into a new healthy habit. I also offer Yoga Classes for the office, all available in person or online.

This training raises awareness in employees how to recognise stress in themselves, their signs and how best to relieve it.
By the end of the workshop, you will know how to breathe intentionally to relieve stress in the moment & how to retrain your nervous system for resilience over the long run.

The Power of Connection
Humans are innately social creatures, hard-wired to seek out a community. Connection is an exchange of humanity. The brain sees the lack of the human connection the same as a physical pain. It affects us both Psychologically and Physically.
This workshop will explore the power of connection and what we need to do, to signal to our brain to release the neurotransmitters to feel more happy, motivated and relaxed. Through meditations and exercises we will explore ways to connect your mind, body and soul for you for you to take away.
Sustainable Wellbeing
In this interactive training and coaching, you will explore all aspects of your wellbeing: mind, body, spirit, emotions and by the end of the day, you will leave with the following tools:
Your bespoke sustainable wellbeing action plan with clear points to improve the different areas of your wellbeing
Awareness of the stress response, your signs & tools to regulate it in the moment and over the long term and tools to reduce stress
·A deeper understanding of the different aspects that contribute to your wellbeing and how well each one is; nutrition, sleep, hydration, digital time off, joy & connection to the soul
Your own breathing meditation/relaxation practice to use in the office or at home
Ongoing coaching sessions for 3 months, to ensure your new habits become sustainable and your way of life.
Introduction to meditation
This introduction to meditation at work explores the benefits of becoming present, teaching a few different practical techniques, such as breath work, mindfulness & guided visualisations and a way to incorporate them every day into workplace.
Weekly Class
Embed a culture of calm in the workplace with ongoing weekly Breathwork, Meditation or Chair Yoga classes from 10 to 30 minutes. Regular practice resets the body’s natural responses to life, slowing it down and more mindful, giving greater clarity and relaxation. Sessions are for up to 20 people and can be done at any time of the day each week on video conferencing.
