Wellbeing Plan
Spring is on it's way, bringing the energy to review your wellbeing, think about what seeds you want to plant & grow into new healthy habits.
How do you want your wellbeing to be? What areas are overgrown in weeds or never grew? Which ones need some love , water or attention?
In this interactive coaching workshop, you will explore all aspects that make up your wellbeing: mind, body, spirit, emotions and you will leave the workshop with the following tools:
-·A deeper understanding of the different aspects that contribute to your wellbeing and reflect on how well each one is; nutrition, sleep, hydration, digital time off, joy & connection to the soul
-Create your bespoke sustainable wellbeing action plan with clear points to improve the different areas of your wellbeing
